Worst service and doctor ever. Stay away! If I could give zero stars I would.

If you want a pill for something this is the place to go.

When we deal with doctors we mostly deal with their staff. Dr Mackey, when they would pick up the phone to schedule you, was GREAT when you actually saw her. However I was rarely able to get in and often told to just go to Glasgow Medical :O/ When i could see her she took time with me and to relate to you as a person and worked with me as a PARTNER not a one man team in my personal care. Everything I could want in a doctor. However, her office state were rude and unprofessional. I did not even find out they MOVED downstate!? What happens to my medical records?? Also be aware she does have family help her. She once had her sister who did my preliminary stats (BP etc) and she introduced herself as a Nurse Practioner (a term I wasn't even familiar with until she said it) She was terrifying to deal with, abrupt and rude. AFter talking to Dr Mackey I didn't tell her that whole story but as I started to get into it about the "Nurse Practioner" on my last visit, but she said that… was her sister but that wasnt her title. When I told her she was claiming to be a Nurse Practioner, she said oh, no she'd never say that (as she's not...). Um, yes she DID. I had no reference as to even what that was for better or worse. Anyway all in all Dr Mackey is amazing. Unfortunately you have to deal with folks she hires which are not. So, just be aware. Also they never bothered to notify their patients they moved... not a great decision for ANY business

I liked Dr Mackey as a doctor but the lady at the front desk was horrible and very rude. I think her name is Carol. every time I would call they didn't have an appointment and she would tell me to go to the emergency room. that was always the answer go to the emergency room. why would I have a doctor then. I asked for my records to be changed to a nother doctor in the state that was closer to where I moved. we wanted it to pick up our records and take them to our new doctor but she refused. well of course my records got lost and then she told me I don't know what to tell you. I'm like what do you mean you don't know what to tell me these are my medical records. so who in the world knows who has my information. then she proceeds to tell me that I can pay for another set at $2 a sheet. why should I have to pay if you lost my records. I tried to contact Dr Mackey but Carol refuses to give her my messages. now my new doctor has nothing to go on

Great Doctor. She will spend an hour with you if needed and that's unheard of with today's docs.

This dr changed her office location and didnt tell her patients or leave a forward her phone number
