I am a small-town Nebraska girl who loves working with older and diverse populations. I have 30 years of experience as a social worker and mental health therapist. My father was a physical therapist by trade, and my mother was a surgical nurse. Helping people was always our passion. I have worked with all mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
