I am a physical therapist practicing in women’s health emphasizing pelvic health physical therapy who specializes in Pilates based rehabilitation. I also work with patients that have orthopedic or balance concerns. I have been a physical therapist for over 30 years and became interested in PT after recovering from multiple sports-related injuries as I was a multi-sport athlete in my youth. I am passionate about implementing breathwork and the mind-body connection into physical therapy through therapeutic yoga and Pilates interventions in treating patients with a holistic perspective toward positive movement experiences.
