Dr. Jill Bolin Robinson, DO

I've been to see this doctor twice for a physical and waited over 2 hours each time. The first visit, she apologized for the delay, then said she'd been talking with 3 different drugs reps while I'd been waiting in the exam room for over an hour. She then proceeded to gripe that she was no longer allowed to accept gifts and free trips from the drug companies.The second time the doctor wasn't even in the office and NO ONE TOLD ME! The nurse took blood and vitals, then left the exam room to get my prescription refills. An hour and 15 minutes later, she wasn't back and no one had even checked on me. I asked at the front desk and was told that the prescriptions needed to be signed by Dr Jill and she wasn't in yet (this was at 11:45am). My appointment for a physical, which the doctor needed to perform, was at 9:30!!! This office needs some serious lessons in professionalism and courtesy. I am looking for a new doctor.
