Dr. Schenck spent the minimal amount of time with me (less than two minutes) to tell me what could have been communicated over the phone -- that she was unable to help me with a medical problem. Nevertheless, my insurance company was $195 for 90-second non visit. Shameful.

Dr Jill saw me for a skin condition that wasn't going away. She made a good diagnosis, prescribed a cream and the condition went away after a couple weeks. She was nice and friendly, the staff was great, no wait time for my appointment.

My wife and I both are patients of Dr. Schenk. We think she is brilliant and very decisive and helpful in every diagnosis. we love the combination of her expertise.

I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for appointments. The nurses and doctor are friendly and informative. They take the time to answer your questions and follow up with you after you have left their office if needed.

we found this new doctor in cortez and now my whole family sees her. Her staff is really nice to my kids and she gets them right in no waiting. Even my husband who hates doctors like going to see her

Very nice and spends alot of time explaining things.

She is very sharped tongued with her patients, she does not like to answer when on call, public opinion has lowered about her since coming to our area. Very condesending to people. Rude. Would not use her again. Bed side manner sucks.

Dr. Jill is an awesome doctor! She was my doctor all through both of my pregnancies and then was the pediatrician for both of my sons. They loved her and I loved her and she will be extremely missed in Mt. Shasta!!!
