Dr. Jill Ann Taylor, DO

She was listed on my nephews HMO for Blue Cross blue shield, unfortunately he had not seen her yet and broke his elbow over NYE urgent care requested he follow up Tuesday with orthopedic, insurance required a prior authorization. They would not give the referral without a new patient appointment with a nurse and would not work to schedule him for two more days!!!! Asked if she could speak with the doctor and explain the situation that he has two broken bones and she said no they won’t squeeze anyone in. Do not use this place they do not care about their patients!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this office! The front desk girl is sooo sweet and has been there for years and knows a lot of the patients by name! The medical assistants are nice abs make you feel comfortable from the minute they call your name in the waiting area. All of the providers are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. Dr. Taylor is one-of-a-kind! Funny, smart, and to-the-point. She will try to take care of your medical needs as naturally as possible with diet and supplements, hormone replacement and identifying health related conditions with specific, detailed questions. Anytime I call, a real person answers the phone and books my appointment or answers my question within minutes. No annoying automated phone system to get through. The only downside is there is usually a wait if you are seeing Dr. Taylor, but she is definitely worth the wait!

Bad, bad, bad. Dr. Taylor is rude and abrupt with a terrible bedside manner. She needs to retire. Vickie the P.A. was the best thing about this office but she left. High staff turnover, everyone is unhappy and it shows. HUGE money grab for unnecessary tests and supplements you can only get from their compounding Pharmacy, owned by Dr. Taylor, which is a giant conflict of interest. Quality of the compounded hormone creams had gone down so much that I could swear they lowered my dosage to force me to buy more - OTC creams now work better. Don't expect them to take your insurance, either - I have had 3 different plans over the years and they didn't accept any of them. Constant overbilling and more than once they billed me for someone else's tests. Took forever to get it fixed. Used to be in a nice building in Kingwood, now in a shabby, dirty little office in Humble.

Front staff is awful but Dr Taylor is the best! Too bad she won’t hire nice, caring front staff.

doctor doesn't practice evidence based medicine. everything she does is fringe and does "natural" stuff that all the professional organizations say is a bad idea and sometimes even unsafe. she is a self proclaimed hormone expert and doesn't even have training in endocrinology. ZERO TRAINING IN ENDOCRINOLOGY. think about that for a second.

I regret this trip as the many real negative reviews reads please avoid this place ,, they will milk you for all and pratuce illegal sanctions of healthcare associations run away

Dr. Taylor and staff has what it takes!!! ALL STARS

As a US Navy veteran, I'd been utilizing my VA "benefits" for healthcare. No one at VA had a clue...but Dr. Taylor had it figured out quickly. She prescribed bioidentical hormones which I've been taking for over two years. I cannot believe how much better I feel and function. Thank you, Dr. Taylor.

Very confusing system, the office staff is a hot mess. I have been hung up on so many times when I have called to have medical records transferred. I would not recommend them to a friend. Dr. Taylor is fine, but I feel like the office as a whole is just a mess.

I took my son to see him and we saw the PA and he was rude and unhelpful. We were with him less then 10 minutes and charged 160 dollars, We will not be back.
