Dr. Jill Sabol Tirpack, MD

Dr. Tirpack and her staff are fantastic. They are all very easy to talk to and make you feel like family, not just another patient.

Incompetent, "herding the cattle" mentality, don't value patients or the patient's time, won't take time to answer your questions.

Dr Jill Tirpack put me on a prescription medicine called Effexor! She has no experience in this field and has caused me many problems! I would not recommend her to anyone as she is a quack Doctor! A quick fix for her but a nightmare for me!! She should not be allowed to practice medicine!!!!!

Dr. Tirpack has been my doctor for years and I followed her from UAB Medical West because I think she is the best. Sh has the most pleasant personality and always has a great staff. She really cares about her patients.

I went to Dr. Tirpack in 2003 for removal of a cyst on 1 ovary. I came out of surgery with no ovaries or a uterus. She said they had to be removed due to severe endometriosis ( I had asked her to save at least one ovary unless it was cancer). After the surgery I asked to be placed on bioidentical hormones. She was not open to this idea, and I decided to go to another doctor. I will always believe that I could have kept an ovary instead of dealing with the expense and time I had to put in to balance my hormones again. I feel like she did not honor my wishes - I think I could have been given other options instead of just taking everything out.

She always so kind and the staff, I miss her soooooo Much and I wish she was back to see me again. I t's hard to find a doctor who cares as much as she did.

I don't have a regular gynecologist here in Birmingham since I am only here for school. I have been to a few random ones that did their job and it was all fine. I went to Dr. Tirpack, however, and wanted to stay in Birmingham just to have a great gynecologist. She is very knowledgeable, willing to work with you with whatever your situation is, is very friendly, and made me feel so comfortable. I highly highly recommend her.
