Dr. Jill Serdoncillo Williams, MD

Where to start... I guess I’ve been seeing Dr. Williams for about 5 years now. There have been a few things here and there that just haven’t added up. There have diagnoses made by her that a referral to a more specialized doctor should of made. Her average solution is to take another pill. I’ve been having circulatory issues for the past year and I was seen several times by Dr. Williams. Again, the solution was higher dosing and extra fluid pills and not once was a referral put in for a cardiologist or any other specialist for that issue. It got to the point that the medication was no longer helping. I left a message for online about the issue, to schedule an emergency appointment. Her response was to go to the ER and that she was over booked. The point being, the pills weren’t working anymore and she did not want to take the time to actually examine me to figure out what was actually wrong. Folks, don’t waist your time. She will not try to find the underlining issues. Her license… should be revoked.

When you are sick you see a doctor to help you get better, or so I thought. Times and doctors have changed. In and out. Money, money. Helping a sick person gets better is not on the agenda of this doctor. Check your records they may not be accurate either. A shame. I liked her at the beginning and thought she was different but that has changed. I cannot recommend her.

I've going to Dr Williams for about a year now. I liked her so much that I referred my husband to her. He is now a satisfied patient also!

I've been a patient of this facility for a number of years. When my former physician left I began seeing Dr. Williams has, she has been fantastic in getting familiarizing herself with my medical history and keeping me informed with any new conditions. Great friendly staff.
