Dr. Jill Ellen Wolf, MD

Was denied care because they do not participate in Medicaid/even though I was referred by Texas Health and Human services. Chasity is rude and unprofessional and didn't even ask why I needed to be seen or if I could pay some other way. Poor patient customer service.

Jill has been my physician since I moved to the area in 2013. Yes, Jill! I had never felt enough comfort to call by Dr. by their first name. I was lucky to google her office and take a chance. She is an excellent listener, and provides amazing care.

Dr Wolf takes time to know you and provides excellent care. She knows her medicine and has totally helpex manage all of my care. Highly recommend

Dr Wolf is so pleasant very smart and truly listens. You never feel rushed. She’s compassionate helped me so much during the death of my husband. I was so lucky when I was referred to her a couple of years ago.

Dr. Wolf is excellent. I have followed her and returned to her although I moved far away. I simply cannot find a doctor of her caliber anywhere else! Even in Austin, Texas. True, her office staff can be unprofessional as they are young and inexperienced. Whenever I was inappropriately served, I told her and she addressed it: the result was a personal call of apology by them. I highly recommend Dr. Wolf as she spends time with me and sincerely listens to me and my concerns. I also do follow her medical advice. If you are looking for a young board certified doctor who listens to you with little concern for the time it takes, you cannot go wrong by choosing Dr. Jill Wolf.

Never got to see the Doctor. If office staff is an example of meeting her expectations, she cannot be very good.

Very bad experience, will not go back. Insurance did not cover visit as previously told it would be by staff. Staff acted like a closer at a used car lot. Other patients in office could hear insurance/financial discussions with staff leading to a feeling of being pressured. Services requested were not provided. When staff and Doctor were asked to correct the situation, they failed to do so. Buyer beware. There are a lot of other Doctors to choose from.

Dr. Wolf has been my doctor for 8 years now and I have followed her from Grapevine to Little Elm and I drive over an hour to see her because that is how much I believe in her. She always listens to me and always wants to find out what is going on with me. Her staff is always nice to me as well.

Sometimes Dr. Wolf can be wonderful, at other times distracted, hurried, not paying any attention to me, mind obviously elsewhere. Office staff can be rude; have been nice to me but watched them chew out another patient unnecessarily.
