I had a four hour foot surgery with extensive bone work. Dr. Young was my anesthesiologist. I was nervous about snoring during surgery and she made me feel at ease and told me not to worry.The next thing I know I was awake in the recovery room. I did not have any pain or nausea and felt great.

I have known dr young and worked with her for over 15 years. She is an excellent clinician and administrator. I would recommend without reservation.

Dr. Young saved my life on the operating room table during my surgery. I developed an amniotic fluid embolism and had a cardiac arrest while in labor. I was rushed to the operating room for an emergency procedure to clamp the bleedingvessels in my abdomen. Dr. Young used her skills to keep me alive while the surgeons did whatever they could to stop the bleeding. My surgeon told me later that 98% of patients with this kind of embolus do not survive. He said I was lucky to have an anesthesiologist who knew how to manage this kind of emergency. I am very greatful to Dr. Young. She took care of me before, during and after my surgery and made sure I was taken care of properly. I owe her my life. I thank her and so does my family.
