About three years ago my wife had a crown put on by Dr. Young. What a debacle. During the first visit Dr. Young was condescending to my wife and her staff in front of my wife. After the visit my wife was in quite a bit of discomfort do to Dr. Young’s methodology and the amount of time she took to prepare for the crown. When my wife went back to have the crown put on, it was wrong and had to be reordered. Dr. Young reprimanded her staff in front of my wife for ordering the wrong crown. I believe that it is the Dr.’s responsibility to make sure a crown is correct before it is ordered. For a second time my wife went back to have the crown put on. The procedure took an extremely long time and was very painful for my wife. She was in discomfort for several weeks afterword. My wife has had crowns before without any problems. Jump ahead to May 2018. My wife visits our new dentist. She is told that the crown that Dr. Young put on needs to be replaced and that there is decay showing under… the crown. Now she has to go through the time and expense of having a crown replaced that should have lasted longer than three years. We are not very happy.
