Had an audiology visit. The doctor listened to my concerns and we talked about possible diagnoses. She was both professional and personable. She asked reasonable questions and cheerfully answered any of mine.

She was great and helped me with my daughter’s hearing aids and getting the charger to work better. My daughter feels very comfy with her and enjoys talking to her as well…
