Very good Doctor

Always an outstanding professional experience!

I have a horrible experience with this doctor. To the point: She has incorrectly applied cortisone into my right hand, now causing my hand to swollen and endure constant pain. A second opinion has confirmed that this doctor has injured by injecting cortisone into the join and damaging my right hand. If if I have a choice of rating will be Zero.

My mother who suffers from Rheumatoid arthritis was 2 mins late to her appointment and was refused to be seen. As an office who should be familiar with the condition RA should know that some mornings are more difficult than others and this one happened to be a difficult morning. She still made the effort to make her appointment coming all the way from homestead and was 2 mins late and told she could not be seen! There was no compassion whatsoever, we will not be returning to this office and would not suggest anyone go there either. I would consider going to a doctor that is understanding and compassionate to there patients and there illness!!!

I was a patient for more than a year but the time consuming to make an appointment is unacceptable. The office lacks of good personnel to answer calls. They can put you between 15 mins to 35 mins in hold. Before they make an appointment they should know what do you need in order not to make me waste my time. They only care about money! I do not recommend this office!

La doctora me escuchó con paciencia mi padecimientos. Luego me hizo explicaciones al respecto. Me envió a reslizar análisis y placas para en próxima consultar darme un diagnóstico. Estoy contenta.

The office does not call back. I left a message regarding obtaining a copy of prescription for physical therapy. The office did not call me back. I luckily found my copy of the prescription that I had lost.
