Dr. Jillian L Halmi, DO

Dr. Halmi is a big advocate for preventative care -- taking care of your body before problems arise -- and she treats holistically, and not just a specific problem. You can expect to get into your appointment on time when scheduled. She is direct and to the point and is a very effective communicator, taking time to listen to her patients, and respond accordingly. If you want a doctor who truly cares for her patients, examining your health with a full picture view, and promoting patient-advocacy and good health practices, Dr. Halmi is your doctor. One of the most proactive, communicative, and no-nonsense doctors with which I've ever come in contact.

Dr Halmi by far is THE best physician I have ever been to. I was extremely sick in 2012 I was seen my numerous physicians at specialtists and the emergency room and not ONE of those doctors even had an once of compassion that Dr Halmi has. I have since recovered and have recently returned to the practice and have requested that this great doctor take over all my healthcare needs and have transferred my records from the "specialists" to her. I guess my expectations are high due to the way Dr Halmi treats me. I am a forever patient! I HIGHLY recommend her.

First visit was very nice. I found Dr. Halmi very approachable and she listened to all of my concerns. She then mapped out a plan to address my needs going forward. Great bedside manner as well. I would recommend Dr. Halmi.

Ok, first off, this doctor saw me ON TIME! She actually, listened to what I had to say, looked at me and examined me. Time spent with me was good. Great staff. Seriously, I question if the first reviewer and I even saw the same doctor. I echo what someone else wrote, I really feel ike she cared about what happened to me. Transferring my whole family. Oh, and I was referred by someone who loves her as well.

She was prompt, professional and got to the root of the problem quickly. I don't think she's a script Dr. to just write a script for whatever you think is wrong. She wants to find the problem and fix that. I found her easy to talk to and she listened and didn't seemed rushed to get to the next patient. Dr Halmi took her time and listened to what we had to say.

Visited Dr Halmi, at the West Ridge location. To say the least, she was incredibly rude and had the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. Very judgemental, and didnt even do a follow up or help diagnose my issues. I will be finding a new pcp. Very Very disappointed, and outraged.
