First time seeing the doctor, Dr. was grumpy talking to me the whole time because I turned down x-ray request from the staff (MRI ordered by her colleague from the same clinic was done and her colleague said no more xray only follw-up for physical therapy, which is why I was there). She admitted no x-ray was necessary after reviewing my case with MRI on file (so obviously she didn't look at my file ahead of time). Second time seeing the doctor was ridiculous and very laughable. The front desk claimed "call security and kick you out" after I tried to explain to her my insurance is not by calendar year (hence still in the benefit year) and no need for her to repeat 5 times "doesn't matter". Another front desk staff came out, scanned my insurance, asked for copay (even if my account has credit) and confirmed the doc would like to still see me, so I didn't leave. 2 mins later a woman came in and screamed aggressively "get out!". I told her I would have left if the staff had not asked me… to wait, and I will call police if she continues to shout at me like that. They intentionally kept the patient then sent somebody over to intimidate? I should have walked away even if second front desk woman asked me to wait. Wow great service and very professional

I needed an evaluation of the condition of my feet and to have my overly long nails cut. Dr. Jillian Cabai's assistant was very warm, courteous, professional and thorough in getting my reason for the visit, and explaining if my insurance would cover what was to be done, or I'd have to pay on the spot. Dr. Cabal examined my feet, explained the possible condition of my feet; recommended follow-up treatment and left me feeling comfortable in the knowledge that my feet going forth would be thoroughly analyzed and a plan of care provided. Dr. Cabal left me feeling I could trust my foot care to her care and recommendations.

Dr.Cabai is a caring physician. I had an Ulcer on my right toe. This was concerning and scary to me. Dr. Cabai knew what to do. I am grateful and appreciate everything she has done for me.
