Engaging, confident, multi-tasker, prepared with patient history, diligent in understanding patient needs and incorporating the needs of the patient within the care plan. Utilizes an Electronic Medical Record to further the Patient/Clinician real time interactions, early check-in prior to arriving at the practice thus creating an optimal arrival/departure experience as well as having the discharge care plans in my hands upon the conclusion of the encounter visit. Very pleased!!

I’m grateful I have been able to establish primary care with Dr. Sullivan. The relationship between a patient and primary care doctor needs to be comfortable, honest, vulnerable and trustworthy. She has all of the qualities and as I said, I am grateful for that!

I received excellent care during my follow up visit with Jillian Sullivan. There was minimal waiting time and courteous staff. Jillian was professional, helpful, & provided me with the information I needed to improve my health. I am disappointed she is moving to the Avon office, but I am confident her replacement will be equally qualified. The new office & location was also very nice.

I’m a fairly new patient. I have found Jillian to be very attentive and thorough. She’s always so positive. At my last appointment I was not feeling well at all. She made certain I got the X-ray needed quickly to make the correct diagnosis. I felt better quickly thanks to Jillian! Her diagnostic abilities, her warm caring attitude and upbeat personality makes her a great care giver!!
