Jim K Beck, D.D.S.
Dr. Jim Beck received his D.D.S. from Creighton University. In practice for 30 years, Dr. Beck has accumulated over 3000 hours of post-graduate education in cosmetic, TMD/pain management, orthodontic, sleep dentistry, and full mouth dentistry. He has shared his knowledge on PC-enhanced diagnostics, full mouth reconstruction, TMD and Tscan computerized occlusal treatment with many professionals through international lectures and in-house seminars. Having successfully treated over 125 full mouth reconstruction patients, he is an expert in diagnosis and treatment modalities to achieve optimal functional TMD and cosmetic results in prosthetic, general dentistry and ortho.
Dr. Jim Beck treats patients with chronic upper quarter pain patterns. The pain model developed by Dr. Beck is centered upon the initial decision as to whether the patient has a primary intracapsular or extracapsular disorder. Joint Vibration Analysis, Electrognathography, and Electromyography are all …used in combination with the comprehensive history, the clinical examination, and joint and cervical radiographs to make that very essential determination. Information gained from the BioPAK is also essential in monitoring patient’s progress and providing us with outcome-based objective data. Cases are ultimately finished with computerized occlusal diagnosis and treatment modalities (Tscan).
