The biggest s—- show I have ever experienced. 1. Never met the doctor 2. The PA yelled at coworkers for her own mistakes in front of patients more than once 3. Wait time is anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. 4. Double billed for services 5. Charged for services didn’t receive 6. Requested a copy of my billing statement and payments (which I have receipts and credit card statements for) weren’t included on the billing statement 7. Shot women attempted to give me a shot from that belonged to someone else 8. Shot women attempted to give expired shot stuff (there was a new bottle available) 9. Shot women don’t keep accurate track of shots given 10. Shot women aren’t aware of appropriate shot procedure 11. Given shot amounts and frequency that were incorrect more than once 12. Requested records and the records were incomplete 13. I am sure I am missing one or two things There are incredible allergist in the vegas valley, this place isn’t one of them.

For over 10 years I suffered with a rash on my leg. All the Drs. I went to blamed me for scratching it. Dr. Christensen took the time with me to look into my past, but one look at it, he was 99% sure he knew what it was. He was right. For the first time in ten years I no longer suffer with a horrible itching rash. He is so kind and intelligent. The staff is out of this world kind and caring.Also efficient. I recommend this Dr. I in my wildest dreams, can not figure how anyone could give him less the 5 stars. If there were 10, he would get 10 from me.

Always pay attention to what I say ,very very knowledgeable. He is the only Dr.who knows how to occur my bad asthma. Even that I relocated to the East cost I am flying back to Vegas 2-3 times per year to visit him. I wish all the Doctors to be like him!

I was there for 3 h. The Dr. his to busy with other patient and speaking very loudly to two interns young man. I ask him to get tested for my allergies like I did few years ago...he said NO! your test result will be the same....looks at the two interns rolling is eyes like he dint really CARE what I wanted....after waiting 3 h. it's shameful to dismiss what the patient wants. Allergies are changing with health condition, age and environment. Don't waist your time.

This doctor and his office are the height of unprofessionalism. For starters, if you’re trying to make an appointment, it’s anyone’s guess how long it will take for someone to answer the phone. 10 minutes? 15? 20? Equally frustrating is when you ask for a callback on a medical matter as I recently did. I left two messages within a few days and have yet to receive an answer. This is appalling for any profession but especially a medical operation. What also slayed me is when you do meet with the doctor he is so egocentric you can easily forget the appointment is about you. Last but not least, after your first appointment they pass your phone number onto some other business from out of state who keeps calling trying to sell you a skin cream. (FYI, I didn’t visit this doctor due to skin issues.) So tacky.

I appreciate his direct and honest assessment of my symptoms. All my questions were answered and he took his time. Love his sense of humor.

Our family has been under Dr. C's care since 1992. Yes, he tells it like it is but he does so from a place of honesty, compassion and genuine care for the patient. I took my children to him verses a pediatrician because he's so knowledgeable. I cannot begin to share the many incidents where he saved either my emotional sanity of my children's health. God Bless Dr. Christensen and the people who take the time to listen to him.

No patient concern. Bad attitude. arrogant. non caring

Dr.Christensen his Brilliant...I have a very unusual condition,invisible that left me disable.I go to the ER often no one and the medical field knows about it.Dr.Christensen new my condition help me make my everyday life better.His Nurse Patricia work with him for over 20 years.The staff are polite and professional that's something hard to find and Vegas.
