Last year, I began a search for a Plastic Surgeon who specialized in the face and neck area. My search led me to Doctor English - the face doctor. Although, the surgery center was not near my home, I decided to make travel and accommodation arrangements to have the procedure at English Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Center. Five months later, I am very pleased with the results. For that matter, I was pretty pleased with the results directly after the surgery even though healing and improvements are anticipated over time. Both Dr. English and his staff have taken very good care of me. Also, my sister, who took care of me after the surgery, had high praise for the results and her experience with the staff. I have no problem recommending Dr. English and his practice to others and would make the decision to have the surgery performed again without hesitation!

From the beginning, I expected a more thorough consultation. I'm confused at why an in-person consultation is needed if there was not a more in-depth analysis or examination of sorts conducted. The work performed appears exceptional though. I was sold on the customer service aspects of the office and doctor as well; however, I've been a bit disappointed in this area.

I cannot say enough positive comments about Dr. Jim English and his outstanding staff. I have been a patient of his for years and have never met a more talented and compassionate doctor! No matter what area you would like enhanced you will not find a more experienced and talented plastic surgeon. You just won't! Patients travel from all over the U.S. to see him and I understand why!

Dr English is excellent and his staff is extremely nice and helpful. I am delighted with the results of my surgery. Give stars!
