Dr. Jim Li, DO

I was a patient of Dr. Li's. He's a great physician but his front desk is very shady. I had a recent change in insurance and got a phone call from his front desk that I have a balance for a medical visit. I decided to pay for it and was offered a way to pay via phone using my credit card. I gave them my information and the charge was made. I have not made any other transactions on this credit since then. Just four days after I gave them my information, I got a charge of $344 on my credit card from a Chinese shopping website. I was shocked. I am certain it has to do with the fact I gave my credit card information to the front desk who I may add is also Chinese. I am disappointed that Dr. Li's front desk would abuse private information of their patient's for this. If they didn't abuse it, then they have a major hole in their security which needs to be fixed. Note for this office, the front desk is super shady. Never give your credit card information, always pay in cash.

Good Doctor, was late to meet me and I had to wait outside on a cold day for almost 30 mins because his office is in a residential building an d there was no one in the office to let me inside.
