While on vacation both of my daughters became ill and needed medical attention in the midst of hurricane Dorian. Being from a different country we were not sure what to expect as we diligently waited for our insurance provider to respond to our request for medical service. Doctor Almond visited us at our resort room. I should probably say, Dr. Almond to the rescue! From the moment he greeted us to the time when he left, we were very impressed by his professionalism, courtesy and respectful bedside manner with both of my girls. He carefully examined them and diagnosed a pink-eye infection and confirmed an acute pharyngitis with otitis. Despite the harsh diagnosis he was very diligent in prescribing antibiotics and took the time to explain the correct dosage based on their height and weight. He also suggested a plan of action for our traveling itinerary due to the ear infection. He took the necessary time to be with us, was extremely kind and provided a very professional… medical service. My wife and I are forever grateful to Dr. Almond for his kindness. Although our insurance provider did not approve for one of our daughters to be examined, he decided to help us with the examination, very responsible, as she was in much pain. He also suggested where to buy medicine. A few hours after taking the medicine my oldest daughter told us: "thank you, whatever you gave me is working great!". We highly recommend Dr. Almond for his kindness, professionalism and responsible care. Thank you!

Dr Almond visited our room at Walt Disney World when my husband suffered an insect bite which became infected. Dr Almond was absolutely lovely and he was very thorough too. He took my husband's blood pressure and temperature and looked carefully at the bite with a magnifying lens. He prescribed antibiotics lasting 10 days to ensure he recovered fully and even followed up after the visit by email. The Dr arranged for the medication to be prescribed by Turners Drug Dtore and delivered to front desk at our hotel. It cost $249 for the Dr to visit and $53 for the medication in total , including the $7-50 delivery charge. Overall we had a very good service and feel we can strongly recommend Dr Almond.

I needed a doc while on vacation and the resort suggested Sr. Almond. He came to the resort since I was unable to get to his office. He was on time, pleasant and polite, and vas an excellent Doctor. He wasn't rushed and explained everything in terms that "normal" people could understand! He also followed up with me after I returned home to ask how I was feeling. Very impressed and pleased with his attentiveness and kindness. I am truly grateful for his service and his bedside manner is impeccable.

Very pleased with the visit from Jim. Diagnosis was quick and response to treatment was exactly as Jim suggested. After feeling so ill I felt better within 4 hours, and a new person by the next night. A thousand thank yous. Back home in Australia now and feeling great.
