Dr. Jimmy Glen Bozeman, MD

You frequently have to wait for Dr. Bozeman but that is because he does not leave the exam room until he has explained every thing in great detail and has answered every question you ask him. He is kind, caring and considerate. His nurse, Pat, is extremely capable and very well versed in her duties. The staff do everything in their power to accommodate your needs over the phone and in the office setting. They are kind, caring and very professional.

Office staff extremely rude and offensive, haughty and appear to get some kind of morbid satisfaction from being rude, uncaring and purposefully offensive to patients who they do not "like" so to speak. His employee who allows herself to be referred to as a "nurse" is nothing more than an 'on the job trainee', yet she performs duties that only an RN should be doing. She makes medical judgements without speaking to the Dr. and unless she 'likes' you she is worse than rude. This is THE most unprofessional, unethical organization that I have dealth with in 27 years of Nursing experience.
