Horrible establishment...Sunny refuses to give you an appointment ,she is on a major EGO trip and power play.Has no respect for patients..Because of her pathetic attitude Dr.Jimmy Jee is missing on all the patients and business will goto loss..They need to hire a professional manager who knows scheduling and handling patients..So many previous reviews are saying the same thing,but they are not making any changes and keeping this Sunny incharge..Better off with another Dr.

Terrible office manager / wife very unprofessional. Her ego is off the hook treats people like dirt. She needs psychiatric evaluation . Run don’t ever give them any business.

Doctor is skillful, but their customer service is poor. The manager is doctor’s wife ( eventually she will never get fired by her boss, husband) and she has narrowed mind and obviously other staffs are not wise enough. I came to the office little earlier than my own appointment time. I didn’t ask them for seeing doctor immediately and let them know I will be waiting till my own appointment. I just want to wait inside. They started to treat me rudely. If they have a good business, I would educate staffs training for better customer service.

Excellent bedside manor and very caring doctor. Will explain everything to you. Great for kids. The staff is not the friendliest. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Nice office building. Office is clean with television.

My daughter has weak muscles on one eye that can not be correct with eye glasses. Patching the eye is supposed to help build up those muscles... Well, the only thing is that this doctor missed the eye that should be patched. Also, he has no patience for kids that does not cooperate. Not a kid friendly doctor, at all. I've seen others and can assure Dr. Jee has no bedside manners compared to others.
