Dr. Jimmy W C Lee, MD

The last few years have been a huge disappointment. Firstly the staff and wait times. I waited an hour and thirty minutes before his nurse proceeds to take my vitals and review my chart, weight, and medications list on the side of the waiting room in complete earshot of clerical workers and some of the other patients. What does HIPAA mean to these people? Nothing. She proceeded to tell me there were no available exam rooms so that is why she was doing it there, yet the other doctors' patients were being brought back in a timely matter. Of course, once back in a room and he finally showed up, I was rushed and brushed off.

Dr. Lee is the worse Dr. I have ever seen. It was as if he had made a diagnosis before entering the room. He rushed through the process and didn't care to listen to any of my symptoms.I ended up going to another ENT Dr. Bordering on rude, he was not a physician that I felt I could trust. I would not recommend him.

the bedside manner and needed information was lacking from this doctor. He was rude, arrogant and acted as if he did not care about your health

This Dr. could care less. He would not listen to a word I had to say, just implied that I had no idea what I was talking about concerning my own health. I was sent to him for recurrent sinus infections hoping he could give me an answer, but no such luck. I am not sure if he is just too busy, or he could really care less about his patients. His staff is equally rude.
