The most dismissive , arrogant , sloppy and careless doctor I have ever dealt with in my life .. I went to see Dr Kim due to pain as well as other symptoms I have been experiencing that decrease quality of life. After my initial visit the antics of approach only prolonged my pain. She would not respond directly when I contacted her office to tell them that the medication given was not working and she sent her assistant who told me to continue taking the medication offering nothing more to give hope of relief. After my follow up two months later the doctor came in the virtual visit with no knowledge of my case!! When I described my symptoms to her (again ) she was so lost she didn't even know that she prescribed this medication to me or when ! After being told that she DID prescribe it and told AGAIN that it was not working she told me it takes a few weeks ! When I told her it's been two months she changed the subject ! Never addressing my unbearable pain ! She continued to Blame my… pain and symptoms on a condition that I do not have ! When I clarified that for her she was more interested in WHY that condition was noted in my file and not at all concerned about helping me to get a ny level of relief ! She was completely LOST, inattentive , had an air of arrogance and is very dismissive ! If you desperately need a GYN "specialist " and want to be ignored , brushed off while and left to sit and stay with whatever. Your medical issue is while your insurance is billed for it then this is the doctor to see ! Anything more !!! Do NOT book an appointment with her .

This doctor did not follow through and I had to go to another surgeon who was much better. She claimed the phone service was flawed. If I had not advocated for myself and gone to another provider my prognosis could have been much different.

Dr. Kim and her entire team are amazing. She is knowledgeable and caring. Literally had a life changing surgery under her care. Cannot overstate how much my health has improved thanks to her. Highly recommend.

Doctor Kim was wonderful. I just wish she explained some things better prior to my surgery. I was very hesitant to even have surgery, but she set my mind at ease. Her staff was also very nice and helpful.

She didn't even show up to my pre-operation consultation and I never had a post-op either. They rescheduled 1 time, couldn't "find me in the system" another time, and then she just didn't show 1 time. I had to find another doctor to take over. I strongly advise against using Dr. Kim.

Dr. Kim has a great bedside manner, and shows care for her patients. I was diagnosed with fibroids that caused me pain and heavy bleeding. I went from doctor to doctor with not one of them helping me. Only passing me around from one doctor to the other. This went on for three years! I was then passed on to Dr. Kim who listened to my concerns and has stopped my uterine bleeding and pain with a laporoscopic hysterectomy. She's a God send as far as I'm concerned! If I had questions, someone from her office would call me back within 24 hours. The wait time is sometimes long, but very well worth the wait. I highly recommend Dr. Kim!

I thought she was professional and caring. Asked a lot of questions and also answered a lot of questions. Offered options and resources to consider, which was nice.

I had a consultation with Dr. Kim today. She was attentive, professional & kind, spending a lot of time fully understanding my symptoms, asking a lot of questions and definitely not rushing the appointment. I was a bundle of nerves and she did all she could to relax me. I'm confident that she will do all she can for my upcoming surgical procedure.

I have never in my life had a worse experience ... TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.. Not responsive.. Very scary experience... The whole GYN group should not exist.. Move on with your choices...!!! You would not be in good hands on any level...

I will be having a procedure with Dr. Kim in a few months that took my five years to decide to have, but I knew she was the a doctor i can trust. From the moment i walked in the door, the staff was comforting. Dr. Kim took her time and truly cares about explaining all the options. I had a biopsy and she explained how it would feel in detail and every step while it happened. For the first time i didn't feel like i was rushed or procedures being pushed on me. She is a gem and I wish i can give her and her staff more than 5 stars.
