Dr. Jinu Jacob John, MD

Daughter is his patient, having episodes of Extreme arythmia. Called CMC for three days. Nurse could not get guidance from Dr. John. to provide us with guidance, to be seen or any help at all. This same doctor took my daughter off medications that the chief of Pediatric Cardiology of Children's Hospital at Dartmouth prescribed after an implanted monitor captured some events. With doctor Weindling from CHAD she underwent 13 hours of Electrophisiologic exploration which did not reveal any issues ( originally had passed out while driving, twice ). But the monitor implanted during that surgery caught the events and the treatment was dialed in to her particular case. Dr. John mentioned yoga ? Now my daughters events although they haven't occurred for 4 years are back, and we are calling to ask for a quicker appointment, get put back on meds....or something. What do we get ??? Crickets...Nurse is trying to get direction but none has been given after 3 days and multiple phone calls. This… doctor should be embarrassed and removed from this facility if the word "Quality" is part of their mantra. It is inexcusable. I think he is just out of his league with this case....did I mention he told my daughter about trying YOGA ??? Looking into TUFTS cardiologist group where their credentials are 10X over this "B league" physician. Unfortunately, until that appointment we are stuck. Run far away, find the top physicians and seek their help.
