Pros: Accepted me when I was looking for a dentist; always had acceptable appointment times available; got me in quickly for an emergency one time - which I appreciated; accepts most insurance plans. Cons: Actual dental work has been inferior to any other dentist that I ever went to; Every crown I ever got fell off within 2 weeks; they love to (over)take x-rays; has had some inept assistants - and to make things worse he would openly belittle them. One assistant took 6 x-rays of my mouth before any of my teeth were actually in the frame! The same woman slipped with a cleaning tool and sliced open my lower lip so bad that I had to keep a cotton wad on it even after I left the office. Gerber yelled at her for injuring me - which she deserved - but it obviously created a lot of additional tension and stress in her. I often wondered if anyone there actually went to dental school.

Used old, leaking, and borrowed equipment For a procedure which should have been referred to a specialist. Now dealing with the fallout of the failed procedure. Fool me once.
