He’s only at the office certain days which is fine but they never answer their phone especially when they only have one contact number.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tolia for nearly 30 years. He is an excellent doctor and a warm and caring person. He has treated me for many problems during this time and always with success. I owe him for so much and feel blessed to have him in my life.

He is a very knowledgeable, caring physician who listens to his patients.

Good doctor, thorough examination IF you get to see him! Waiting time is ridiculously long (I've sat there waiting for the doctor up to three hours!) and receptionists are quite honestly the worst I've ever dealt with - completely unresponsive or helpful and highly unprofessional. Waiting room is very narrow and so you get to hear each and every indecorous remark made to patients in the office and over the phone. FURTHER, after switching doctors because of scheduling availabilities (office only open Monday-Friday, no weekends) and requesting my records be sent over to my new physician, I was completely appalled and horrified at their customer service. They had me calling their office several times to request the records, hanging up on me, saying 'I don't have time for you' 'I am losing my patience' and 'I am not playing anymore games' all over their inability to give me an answer as to what I can do to get my records the same day for asthma related complications!!!!! AND AS… IF THAT WEREN'T ENOUGH, after enduring their mistreatment and having to request their names to file a compliant over 10 times (as if it was some sort of highly classified information), I spoke to their manager who basically gave me the same run around and even went after far as questioning my choice of new doctor in addition to finally saying she cannot fax (and would instead of snail-mailing) a very important document! FINAL ADVICE - UNLESS YOU WANT STRESS ADDED TO YOUR MEDICAL AILMENTS DO NOT GO THERE UNTIL DR. TOLIA FINDS BETTER HELP!

Dr. Tolia has a wonderful bedside manner. He is patient and kind, very gentle & interested in why you are there. Unfortunately you will have to wait for hours and hours for your appointment with him. Even if you make the first appointment of the day, you will still have to wait 2-3 hours. He spends a lot of time with each of his patients. The staff is not friendly and unprofessional. They do not allow patients to sign in and go out and come back...It is unreasonable to sit and wait for 3 hours when there are sick people coughing all over the waiting room. If Dr. Tolia, cares about his patients and practice, he needs to drastically improve his staff and patient waiting time. The issue is he has a lot of elderly patients and they don't mind spending the day in the waiting room waiting for him. But if you work or have a life, other than waiting for a Dr.'s appointment, think twice before making an appointment.

Please take this matter very importantwhen patients visiting you please realize that there are other patients waiting too for you outside for hours and hours. When examing the patient and then taking them to your office to explain the problems they have and medications usage please please make it faster and do not chat with them because other people are waiting for you since 1:00pm in the afternoon and their turn arrives at 5:30 and please be on time time and your staff gives us appointment for 2:00pm and turn arrives at 6:30pm. Please this is not a joke. People come from their work or are sick and cant sit for so long Hope you consider this matter Thank you Your patient

You might have to wait more than 2 1/2 hours for your appointment. but Dr. Tolia is a great Dr. He does all the blood work. He is very caring and does great follow up. You don't feel like a number.
