When I walked to Dr. Patel's office at Snellville, it said on board that we do not treat disease but we also treat patient. Today after bladder removal surgery I am convince that above statement is not for marketing. At advanced Urology every one takes it as treating dieses along with patient. They lay down facts and how to deal with it on the table at the same time, it gave me piece of mind. Dr. Patel comes up with the safest plan for the patient. Been a patient of Dr Patel since Aug 2013. On my first visit with kidney issues Dr Patel ordered ultrasound, read and ordered more detailed ultrasound, read and sent me for a CT scan and asked me to return with the file for him to read. In his office he told me I had cancer in my left kidney. He scheduled me for a cystoscopy, stone removal, stent, stent removal, left partial or radical nephrectomy and follow ups. This was all done on first office visit. He tried for hours in surgery to repair my left kidney, but could not establish sufficient blood flow so it had to be removed. The guy has followed me now nearly 7 years and kept me in good health with other minor fixes here and there. Even though he has dozens of Drs, PAs, and nurses, along with many offices in the Atlanta metro area, he still sees me twice a year and is a great doctor and a great friend. Have to say my wife and I love the guy. He's the reason I'm alive enjoying grandchildren today. Wish there were more than 5 stars!

Dr. Patel saw my father because he was having trouble urinating. He did the consultation and within that next week (because that's when my father wanted to schedule it, Dr. Patel wanted him to come in the next day) he was on the surgery table fixing the problem with a small procedure. He was very compassionate. Its been almost a year now and my father is still doing great. I would recommend Dr. Patel to anyone. The staff is very kind and respectful as well.

Dr Patel has been a savior to me and my Family. He has taken care of me, my mother, and my two sisters. He has been a gentleman and the most kind caring doctor. He has done surgery on me to cure my prostate cancer and I could not be happier. He did my surgery so smoothly I have never felt better. His hands are magic and his personality is charismatic and loving. I love what he represents and how he takes such good care of patients.

Dr Patel has an excellent bedside manner and acts qenuinely interested in his many patients.

Dr Patel is awesome and saved my life. He immediately diagnosed my bladder problem and has improved my quality of life. I love my Dr Patel and couldnt survive without him. Superb facilities, treatment, and outcome.

I love him. He is so knowledgeable and smart. He was quick to diagnose my problem that no other urologist could figure out, be know my urinary problems are solved. Love his employees and office, experience is great.

Dr. Jitesh Patel exemplifies what a true physician should be. He is hands down the best doctor you will find. He stepped in to my mother's kidney cancer case and wasted no time setting up her operation. He is a highly skilled surgeon and my mother is doing fabulous for a 81 year old who just had a kidney removed. Dr. Patel is professional but caring, so knowledgeable but explains everything completely and not above your head. He makes sure he answers all questions and does not rush.

4 minutes ago He gave my mother in law Sepis which is a very fatal blood infection..how do you do a kidney stone procedure on a patient with a UTI..Now she's in a life or death situation SMFH..YOUR LICENSE NEEDS TO BE SUSPENDED ASAP..THANKS ALOT
