Dr. Jo-Ann Jordan, MD

Our 3 children have been patients at this practice for 6.5 years. Our children have been relatively healthy and it was not until an emergency situation that we discovered how lacking this medical office is that we decided to transfer to another office. The front staff are appallingly rude, unwelcoming and condescending. The office manager, Carol, does not understand the meaning of customer satisfaction and does not know how to communicate with dissatisfied families and does not try to rectify problems. The doctors who own the practice (including Dr. Jordan and Dr. Palladino) are out of touch with patient care and fail to follow up with the patients in an emergency situation. Despite detailed written reasons why we were leaving the practice, nobody reached out to apologize or correct the situation. Despite a law stating that the medical practice you are leaving is responsible to care for you as a patient, this practice refused to administer or write a script for my 8 year old's flu… shot. This behavior has been repeated with other dissatisfied patients as seen on YELP reviews. Don't wait for an emergency situation like we did to find out how lacking in care this medical office is. BEWARE of MONMOUTH PEDIATRICS!
