Dr. Fanale delivered 6 of my 7 children. He was always a professional advocate for his patients. I loved the honest conversations about my health and well being. His staff from Woodbridge was the best!

Unfailingly kind and direct, this is a physician who should be training new residents. I’m coming back here to seek him out to tell him that after many, many years, he stands out amongst a sea of physicians who were truly capable and had the qualities often missing in other physicians I have encountered since. Having worked at a major urban teaching hospital, and with other highly recommended physicians in DC, I can Recommend Jack Fanale without reservation. Ironically, the last baby he delivered for me is now delivering babies! It’s not just about competence, it’s also about character. Choose a physician with heaping amounts of both!

I initially switched to Dr.Fanale after a series of abnormal papsmears and carcinoma insitu, when I moved to DC.He also provided my prenatal care when I became pregnant with my first child.I found him to be just what I needed... honest and direct. He doesn't sugar coat things and he's not going to theorize every possible scenario that could frighten a women when it comes to gynocological health. Dr.Fanale is precise, reasonable, level headed, cautious but not reactionary and answers any concerns or questions with truthfulness and intelligence. I would not recommend him for someone who likes to have their hand held. Dr. Fanale is an excellent doctor, whose bedside manner is interactive and warm, but not lingering.
