Dr. Joan Brown Adams, MD

It is very rare to find a Doctor that actually cares about the patient nowadays. I don't care what that problems we have as patients are, Dr. Adams educates you and makes sure you understand everything in detail before you leave her office. When you leave you will feel better then when you arrived. She is funny, kind, and very thorough. I am happy I went to see her 25 years ago.

i feel that dr adams is a very poor doctor. she rushed me out of the room and pretty much blamed me for my diagnosis. she would not answer my questions, but instead told me all about what she needed to do next. I left her office scared and upset and she did nothing to help ease my concerns. i also left three messages with her staff only to get no respone back about making an apt and getting test results. i do not like her way of practicing at all and hope that someone steps in to fix this severe problem.

I found Dr. Adams very difficult to talk to, and she dismissed all of my questions. I felt steamrolled the entire time I was there. She talked to me as if I was a child. I expect to have a dialogue with my obstetrician, but it's evident that this will not happen with Dr. Adams. She came highly recommended, but I did not appreciate her approach.
