Dr. Joan Doerflinger Bradley, MD

I finally found a doctor I can actually get an appointment with who understands my symptoms and suggests the appropriate tests and treatment. Previously it was impossible to get an appointment, the people filling in were not helpful, and I had many billing and scheduling problems and basically got the run around working with the complicated bureaucracy of the front office staff at Vienna Family Medicine. So happy to have been able to move on.

I'm new to the Virginia area, and I have had difficulty finding good Doctor's in this area. After my experiences with doctor offices in the area, I was a bit reluctant to go to a Primary Care Physician. From the moment I got there till I left, I received nothing but excellent customer service. Not only is Dr. Bradley nice and professional, her staff is also at the same level. I strongly believe that the front office staff represents the doctor and the practice, and I had nothing but excellent service from each an every person!!! Thank You, I would highly recommend Dr. Bradley!

The question you need to ask yourself is do you need to see a doctor in a hurry or are you willing to wait for a doctor who takes time out for you?Dr. Bradley has excellent bedside manners. She makes you feel at ease, listens attentively while you describe your symptoms and examines you thoroughly. She explains what is going on and uses words that I understand. In addition, she follows up when needed and if I need a specialist, she knows the best ones out there.

Dr. Bradley is awesome. She is always friendly and sympathetic. It's obvious that she cares about her patients as individuals, not just cases. I've been seeing her for almost ten years now and there's no one I trust more with my health.
