Joan Joans, APN is the best. I have been a Registered Nurse for 32 years and feel that I have good judgment when chosing my health care provider. She is kind, informative, caring and does a complete and thorough assessment, completely reviewing my blood work results as well. I recently had an abnormal Mammogram and she immediately addressed it, ordered an ultrasound, and at the same time, was caring and supportive, alleviating my anxiety. She reviewed the results immediately and told me that she would keep checking with Toms River XRay for the results since it was a Friday and she wanted to try and have them so I didn't have to worry unnecessarily over the weekend. Thank goodness the results were normal from the ultrasound. Joan Jones is an angel. I really appreciate her bedside manner and her professionalism.
