I’m a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health, committed to supporting your mental health and overall wellness through a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive lens.

My practice blends evidence-based psychopharmacology with holistic care. I prescribe medications when appropriate, but also work with you to co-create a treatment plan that integrates complementary therapies, lifestyle strategies, and personalized resources aligned with your needs and values.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve had the privilege of serving diverse populations—including neonates and children, survivors of sexual assault, individuals with substance use disorders, and those living with severe mental illness. My work has centered around underserved and underinsured communities, always emphasizing trauma-informed, person-centered care.

In addition to my national certifications, I hold a graduate certificate in Complementary and …Integrative Therapies, which I often incorporate into care for clients seeking a more holistic approach to mental wellness.

Originally from the East Coast, I’ve made the Bay Area my home for most of my life. Outside of practice, I enjoy hiking, reading, listening to music, and spending time with my grandchildren. I’m also an artisan who crafts handmade soaps, lotions, and skin-care potions as part of my creative expression and wellness philosophy.
