Dr. Hansel is fantastic doctor in her field. She is through and more than attentive. But what some people want is a best friend in their doctor and doctor Hansel is not that king of doctor. She is straight to the point, answers any questions I have, and always leaves me with a smile and a thank you. She's not there to chit chat with me. She has other people to see and care for. So before you read all the comments about her wait time or her bedside manner just understand she doesn't have time to play around and frankly I love it. Her practice is very busy all the time. Her staff are friendly and kind. I have always been satisfied with my appointments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hensel for approximately 20 years. She is very thorough, which is one of the reasons I see her! She explains her findings and answers all questions! Great doctor and loves what she does!!

I requested an emergency appointment for an eye problem at 8:00 on Monday morning and was given a 10:00 appointment. I was seen promptly, given a thorough routine eye exam, followed by an examination by Dr. Hensel. She made a tentative diagnosis of my problem, and sent me to get blood testing to confirm her diagnosis. I received a phone call early Tuesday morning that the blood testing had confirmed, and I was urged to see my primary care doctor immediately to receive the proper treatment.
