This practice is a joke. I had to see Dr Bruno"s NP Gina while she was out of town . She was rude, dismissive, and would not allow me to engage in the conversation regarding my own health care she reminded me several times that she is the professional!! It is MY health care and I as the patient have all rights to discuss options she had no right to try to chastise me for that. Dr Bruno is no better with her bed side manners she is cold and dismissive. When I made a complaint regarding the NP Gina's unprofessionalism I received a letter from Dr Bruno stating that she no longer wishes to be my physician and that she discharged me from her practice.....REALLY??? because I had a complaint and an opinion. I would NEVER recommend Dr Bruno to any one.

Very well organized facility. Dr. Bruno is very kind, and thorough. Actually spends time with you and gets to know you personally! Love that I am able to get my lab work handled right downstairs w/o worrying about lab requests! It's all in your chart. Would highly recommend.

Terrible bedside manner. Shouldn't be a doctor. Reminds you of that one boss you could never stand or get along with. Doesn't listen and brushes off patient complaints and worries. All the one star reviews are accurate on all the other websites too! Not sure she even sees her patients as human beings because she sure doesn't treat them that way

This is my mother's doctor. She is the absolutely coldest, most impatient person that I've met in a long time. She kept her back to my mother, and when I attempted to include my mother in conversations, Dr. Bruno scolded me and told me to leave my mother alone. My mom had to feel like a third-rate citizen! I had spent the last 4/5 days with mom trying to plan for a nursing home move, I have a family of my own our of town, and I work. Dr. Bruno made me feel like I was failing my mom and was a horrible caregiver. She never once tried to assist with the problems of a caregiver, and she actually did very little to assist mom (other than criticizing me). Dr. Bruno's idea of a physical was to take mom's blood pressure and look in her ears and mouth. My mom does suffer from dementia and a moderate cognitive decline, but if you give her a bit of time, she can remember some things. This is not the first time that I have had problems with Dr. Bruno, and in fact, the hardest part of… caring for my mother is Dr. Bruno. If you are referred to Dr. Bruno, I would advise you to find another doctor. This woman should NOT be seeing patients or caregivers. Dr. Bruno spent the majority of my mother's appointment scolding me and ignoring my mother. In fact, the only words that Dr. Bruno directed toward my mother were "hello" and "can you get on the table". Again, this woman should NOT be seeing patients.
