My son been seeing Joanna D ‘Elia for quite some time, when she was at Riverdale, Bruckner and now at Water Place that is how much she’s a good provider, she is very caring. She listens to your concern ,She takes her time. Overall, she’s an excellent provider. I would highly recommend her

Dr D’Elia is a very kind, patient person who makes me feel as if I’m her most important patient. Everything is explained clearly and I never feel that she is rushing to get to the next patient.

Good visit today. I explained my symptoms, doc listened. She gave me a treatment plan. I still had more questions and she didn’t brush me off or rush me.

Was a very good experience.she was very clear in explaining what was wrong then preceeded to unclog my ears. It didn't hurt just a loud sound to take out the wax.then proceeded to do hearing test.all went well. The next appt would be in 6 months.will call me then. All was good
