Dr. Failor is the best primary care doctor that I have ever dealt with. She is very personable and caring. Couldn't ask for anyone better in the medical field.

Dr. Failor's the best!! Very caring and concerned doctor. I believe she is very thorough in her examinations and actually takes time to make sure you have no more questions. To me that means I am valued.

Very thorough addressing concerns and was followed up two times within 18 hours of appointment. First Follow up with test resUlysses was 3 hours later.

I had a first meeting with Dr.Failor via tele-visit. She was amazing--concerned, informative, inquisitive, professional and empathetic regarding my sudden and severe foot pain .She worked quickly to help me remedy the situation, and I am on the mend now. I am honored to be her new patient. I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone seeking an excellent doctor.

Agreed to see me on short notice. She was friendly, thorough and made specific diagnosis making corrective recommendations for relief of problem. She promised a follow up phone call with lab results and did so promptly. I plan to continue with Dr. Failor for on going care.

Very last minute the doctor and staff was able to get me in same day and took great care of getting me back on my road to recovery!!!

Dr. Failor carefully listened to my history and issues, informed me of any possible red flags, and was open in sharing uncertainty with me regarding certain supplements. She was respectful of my choices throughout, and clearly cared about my overall well-being. Happy to have found a PCP who listens and sees me as a whole person.
