I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, chronic stress, burnout, sleep concerns, and life transitions.
I offer longer, unhurried appointments and take time to understand you as a whole person. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, specialized lab testing, and integrative strategies.
I have a special interest in supporting women’s mental health throughout all stages of their reproductive lives- pregnancy, post-natal, peri and post menopause and beyond.
I also really enjoy working with other physicians and mental health providers seeking mental health support for themselves. I provide a discreet, understanding space for providers seeking …shame-free mental healthcare to reconnect with themselves and find renewed purpose in their practice.

I'm so grateful to have found Stillpoint Psychiatry and Dr Gratton. After having suffered through many years of misaligned treatments for my bipolar disorder I never expected peace to be so easily within reach. And to think that I nearly talked myself out of it. After looking at her rates and seeing that she does not take insurance, I didn't think that I could afford to see her regularly. But when I asked my PCP about Dr. Gratton she could not say enough good things about her. So, I decided to give her a shot, and I'm so glad that I did. She has been a godsend. She has helped me so much. Plus with her help I was able to submit the bill to my insurance company. After reimbursement my monthly appointments ended up costing me just a little bit more than my usual copay.
