Dr Hetman is wonderful. She truly listens to her patients and spends the time to understand them.

Dr Hetman is very thorough and personable. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Really listens. The only problem I have is you can never get a same day appt, but that’s the way it is with most drs.

Very frustrating trying to schedule an appointment. I have been a patient of Dr Hetman's for a few years now and have only been able to see her through an appointment or "work-in" twice! I am referred to immediate care centers most of the time. I just called today with an acute problem and was told she had no appointments- period. I was told to go to immediate care yet again! I'm in the process of switching physicians.

Love Dr. Hetman. She is so caring and really listens.

Outstanding physician. I recently moved to Louisville from Florida and wanted to establish myself with a good primary care provider. She was highly recommended to me by another patient and I am glad I made an appointment with her.

The physician' office sent me the appropriate paperwork to bring to my new patient appointment made approximately three weeks before appointment How surprised I was to receive a call from staff an hour before my appointment to inform me the doctor would not take me as a patient. If you prefer a doctor who was this unprofessional, this should be the doctor for you.

Her nurse was exceptionally unfriendly. Don't know if she was having a bad day or what..I'll take note the next visit. Almost left because of her. But the Dr. herself was very nice and had a good bedside manner.
