Dr. Joanna Ramirez, MD

Dr Ramirez is an excellent doctor she seems to genuinely care. She has a great personality and bedside manner. I would recommend her highly.

a truly fantastic Dr. She takes her responsibility as a primary care physician more seriously than any physician I have encountered to date. She is willing to consider all possibilities, do research, make appropriate referrals to specialists and stay on top of coordinating it all. Her staff, however, ruins it all. They made it abundantly clear that I was asking too many questions, taking too much time and did not want to abide by all their policies (such as having test results sent to me by the lab). I endeavored to voice my appreciation at every chance, to make it clear I was willing to make multiple appointments to cover everything and not take up too much time and generally be as considerate as possible, all to no avail. I was abruptly told that I was no longer welcome there. I was not allowed to communicate with the Dr, in any way and have no idea what their reason was. Too much power in the hands of office staff, and this is truly a shame.
