Krzyczala na mojego 3 letniego synka, "jak nie bedziesz myl zebow bedziesz mial czarne brzydkie zeby i nikt nie bedzie sie chcial z toba bawic!" nie wiem po co to zastraszanie, moj syn byl dobrze nastawiony na wizyte ale po jej komentarzu przestraszyl sie i chcial wyjsc, jej asystentka tez nakrzyczala na mojego drugiego starszego syna ze wypycha jezykiem jej szczoteczke, kompletny brak podejscia do dzieci, nie polecam

Front office unprofessional service, instead of sending the charges to the ins company, they incorrectly put the Ins information aside and sent me the invoice with the FINAL NOTICE! My ins pays 100% for cleaning and they did NOT even sent it there!

The front desk lady is very rude.I was referred to Dr Tylman becouse she accepted insurance I had for my kids.Than got a call and was told Dr no longer accepted that insurance.I just asked if she could refere another dentist.The lady said call your insurance and hang up the phone.Extremely rude, if you having a bad day go home instead of being rude to clients.

Do not go here!!! fair warning!!!! My entire family switched here and they told us all we had cavities!! Not just one or two...we each had at least five!! How is that possible when we had just gone to our old dentist six months ago?? It was a scam to get our insurance money!!! We went back to our old dentist where we were told we had no cavities!
