My daughter had an appointment for medication management. Not once, but twice, she was over 1 hour late, so my daughter left. They rescheduled for a phone visit at 3pm on a Saturday.....she called at 7:30pm. No apology and she called while driving? Never again!!

She is a very wonderful & caring doctor. Very professional but still shows she cares about her patients.

she was great my husband really was getting better and now she don't take his insurance and we can't find anyone he trusts.

Dr Shanon ,she gave her life to her career and her patients. Very understanding, passionate, and always very perfessional. She has been though so much that she does not deserve, and yet she holds her head highto be strong for her patients. I know because I was one of her patients and she saved my life.she will be so missed ,no one can replace her,there is so much to say about her and the great work she has done.I know God is with her because she herself is an angel..

I have to say my experience with Dr Shannon has been a good one. I have seen for around 3yrs. now & I have to say that she & her staff have been a God sent to me & I Thank God for them. Dr Shannon Ms Jeanette Ms Barbara & also her receptionist who has only been there a short time with a name that is odd & I can never remember I also missed the name of the other women that works there but they have been good to me over the yrs and today even though busy as always they took time to help more than any Dr has in the past 10yrs of my life in a manner that I was so important even though they had to still maintain there schedule to others.I Thank You God for that office. I don't understood people. I have sit & talk to people I know Dr Shannon has help over the years & it has amazed me of the particular ones who have tried to cause her trouble by making up lies about her hoping they could cause her to loose her licenses when they are the ones she stood by and help most & they would turn… there back & forget how she helped them in their time of need & try to cause her problems when something weren't there way. And this is not hear say at all I know for a fact. And knowing from patients sitting in the office talking among each other that the courts have ordered people there knowing they have been people in troubled & lied, but they believe the lies patients have told enough that caused her to be investigated. When she cared enough about her patients that she has stood by them in court to help them even after they had stolen,out of her office because she is one who cares about her patients from heart. I don't know why they could of lied and reported things that want true. But in the end God knew she had done nothing to cause this and made sure she was cleared. But you don't get cleared from the gossip among towns. Even when people know that the ones she has treated are ones who have mental problems & issues coping with life, they rather believe the ones with those problems because it seems so many enjoy gossip and that is what it is because she is defiantly along with her staff some of the good ones out there that there seems to be so few of left. So many in the profession of drs it's all about that dollar not patients like the ones who have to change that medicine for patients that is working to the one they can get there kickback off of,which let's you know the dollar is more important than the patients to so many.. Thank You Dear Heavenly Father For That Women And Her Staff For I have personally seen that they deal with alot & Believe me they have there plate full in that office . Thanks Mrs Joanna Shannon so much for just being you. May God Bless You Always

Dr. Shannon is one of the most loving and caring Dr. I have seen in a long time. I feel like she treats me as if I'm the only patient in her office and if I have to wait to see her it is worth it because I know she is treatint the person in front of me the same way she treats me. I couln't ask for a better psychrist. She trys her best to get my meds right for me and will go every step of the way to get a med if I can't get it through my insurance she will write a letter or whatever it takes to get me my meds. I really like Dr. Shannon and I would suggest her to anyone!
