LOVE THE OFFICE AND STAFF, SMALL WHICH IS WONDERFUL BECAUSE YOU AREN'T SHUFFLED AROUND LIKE A NUMBER LIKE BIG OFFICES. DR. YAO IS VERY LOVING AND CARING WITH HER PATIENTS, WHEN SHE SEES MY KIDS AND IF THEY ARENT BETTER SHE CONTINUES TO HAVE HER STAFF CHECK ON THEN AND IF NOT BETTER SHE CONTINUES TO CARE FOR THEM UNTIL SHE FINDS OUT WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF THEIR SICKNESS. LOVE CARDINAL HEALTH CARE

I like the office staff but I wish Dr. Yao would slow it down a little. I feel like she rush during our visits.

I love Dr Yao, never have a problem getting my daughter in to see her, and we have been a patient of hers for at least 3 years now. The staff are very accommodating and professional as well.

wait time is normally ok, after having my baby in the hospital, she kept repeatedly asking me to come in for visits, then when i would come in she wouldnt check for what she said she was going to then asked to schedule another appointment. i called the office and said i was going to take her somewhere else for another opinion. the woman on the phone demanded to know why, wouldnt let me talk then hung up on me.i then took her to another doctor and they said she was fine.when i scheduled an appointment for my 2 month old. the receptionist that answered the phone tried grilling me about why i hadnt brought my child in for the other appointments. i didnt address it and asked to schedule an appointment for her shots. she then said that she didnt think dr yao would accept her bc i didnt bring her in before. she called back and said it was ok. my husband took her in for her shots and everyone there got in his face and said "well i havent seen you in awhile."i think dr. yao is a great doctor..… but they need to seriously reconsider the staff. they are rude and self righteous.

They refused to see a patient without full past medical records. My daughter only has basic physicals in her records which took us a month to get them from 2500 miles away. She is very healthy with no past medical issues outside of a cold. They then refused to make an appointment because my daughter is not immunized. They stated that the law says they must immunize all children which is not true. So the only way they would see my daughter is if she has full records of having been immunized. Very poor philosophy for a business and poor education on the law and immunizations. They very not very professional and never returned any calls like they promised. Problem is this was the PCP we were assigned to by the insurance.

Just had a baby and he is over due for his 2 months check up because my appointment keeps getting reschedule. I am not satisfied with this pediatrician at all...She seems to be rushing me out of the office when I do get a chance to see her. I still have unanswer question. After scheduling and scheduling appointments the staff turned us away for being a couple of minutes late and Dr. Yao refused to see us. She insisted that we take him elsewhere and we were standing right in the office waiting to see her. They repeatedly ask why we were late and I said based on a reason is that why you would or would not see him. I am not satisfied with this pediatrician. My son has been to the Emergency Room twice and doctor Yao has not seen him yet since such time... I am not satisfied at all...

Dr Yao is very friendly, and I feel good with her as a pediatrician. Unfortunately, her office staff isn't held to same integrity. We have spoken to the office manager, and she is unorganized and rude on the phone. Our medical forms were lost, and phone calls never returned. At one point, they just hung the phone up on us. We like Dr. Yao, but don't feel confindent in her staff. We have elected to search for a new pediatrician.
