Dr Allen was very nice, explained the procedure. Answered the questions I asked. Very caring abt her work and made me feel like a valued patient. Made the visit comfortable.

Everyone from the nurse that called me in and took me to X-ray waiting room. The X-ray technician was genuinely polite, big smile that reached her eyes! Ironically there were 2 Rebecca's in the waiting room! We Both went to get up and everyone laughed! Very calm atmosphere in x-ray! I loved my visit with Dr. Allen! She talked to me about everything that she was doing while checking my nerve on left and right! I hope I get her services on a future visit!

I would recommend Dr Allen because she is a very knowledgeable, smart , awesome personality doctor. She knows exactly what she is doing!

Dr. Allen was very rude to me about my health issues. She told me three different opinions on three different visits. I believe she is spread too thin between too many offices. I did not appreciate her belittling my for being in bad health. I don't have a problem with a doctor saying I need to change my habits and lifestyle. However, I do not appreciate being talked down to and told different things at different visits. She wouldn't even let me respond to her to defend myself. I will never visit her again. I will go out of town if necessary to receive services I need.
