Dr. Filchock was very thorough in an attempt to properly update electronic records. She assisted me (the caregiver) in understanding current status of patient.

Dr. Filchock is a very thorough doctor who considers the whole body and environment. She has been an amazing find for my family. The waiting time is long but because she is so thorough and takes time with her patients and accepts emergencies, I know to bring something to read or do while I wait. Her expertise is amazing.

Dr. often forgets why I came to the visit and never follows up after the visit. Dr is not good at giving referrals and must be reminded several times over a long period of time before she actually will give you one.

worked with fluctuating thyroid levels for almost a year, asked to be referred to Endocrine Specialist and Dr. denied request.....
