The worst doctors office I've ever been to!!! The staff is so rude and not helpful at all. The doctor is ready to retire and their office systems antiquated. Did I mention how RUDE the staff is. Horrible never go there!!!

I went to my appointment and waited hour and a half, when I told them I was going to have to go back to work the receptionist asked "why hadn't allowed enough time for the appointment"? When I tried to ask how much time was required they treated me in a way I could not believe. There was no customer service or customer kindness, just take it or leave it, neither receptionist could care less and if I didn't like it.....they just gave a whole bunch of grief and showed me where the door was. No kidding. Cold, mean and certainly no one I feet comfortable then allowing to touch my body. I hope these two women get the opportunity to be treated the same way they treat all they're patients. Like ----!!

I had been to so many so-called "specialists," yet Dr. Joanne Garofalo was the only doctor who ever took the time to get to the bottom of my medical problem. The reason why some people may complain about being placed on hold, waiting, etc is that this is an old-fashioned, fantastic physician who is not afraid to treat every single of her patients with respect and dignity. Thank You, Dr. Garofalo, you saved my life!!!
