I started my journey with breast cancer with the staff at the Cancer Center in Menomonee Falls and in 2021 and have known JoAnne since the beginning. She is a wonderful provider, always warm and compassionate, with meticulous attention to my concerns. I consider myself lucky to have this wonderful relationship with her and be under her care. She is a true asset to Froedtert and a trusted member of my team.

I had 1 lab appt n 2 with medical appts this last time. I drive four hours to get my appointments so before I leave the clinic one of the people at check out makes great (and successful) efforts to get my lab & medical appointments all on the same day within 2 hrs. Also, once I'm in an examining room, several times, when ahead of schedule, the professional I am having the office visit with let the professional for my next office visit know that her office visit with me is completed and what room I'm in and several times the next professional has come in for that office visit if they're running ahead of schedule. ( This is wonderful because I have a 4 hour drive home.) In spite of this efficiency, I don't feel short changed on any interaction, time for questions, concerns, or discussion of past, current, or future conditions, issues, meds, choices, etc. I never feel like a number. Overall. I find 95% of the cancer center personnel and caregivers I have met with since I began… getting care there to be very mindful of their patients' medical needs and act as a team that operates as smoothly as a well oiled machine with timely patient care a TOP priority.
