Dr. Pagal has always been professional, personable, and accommodates her schedule to see me when I need her. I hope my insurance does there part and pays her appropriately. She is great!

So many of these comments are right on. Dr Pagal is a great doctor; very hard working and compassionate. I never feel like she doesn't have time for me or that she is rushing me through the process. I like that many times she will suggest holistic approaches before prescribing medicines. My only complaint is that when it comes to refills, my pharmacy has a hard time getting the office to return their calls or faxes. I believe this says more about the office staff because many is the time I have knowledge of the fax being out of paper and the faxes just piling up. I think Dr Pagal could use more a more mature, caring staff. Other than that, she's a great, great doctor.

Dr. Pagal is an awesome and caring dr. I refer EVERYONE I know to her. The only bummer is that the office staff are not very good and I do not believe any of my appointments have ever been at the time that I made them for. Waiting upwards of 45 minutes seems to be the norm, but honestly it is worth the wait and Dr. Pagal never rushes to get rid of you, she is patient and thorough. I have been going to her for over 5 years and drive 45 minutes to get to her (when there is no traffic), all this to say she is well worth it!

Dr. Pagal is wonderful but her office staff is just awful, they don't care about quality they seem lazy and uninterested they don't seem to know medical very well.the doctor seems to do everything herself, phones ect.. the office is in total disarray. What a shame that no one is running it.
